At my gym, there’s a bloke who is a caricature of everything that’s wrong with such places.

He looks like an Australian surfer, very tanned, very muscular in the upper body but with grasshopper legs. It must be said that he only works out his upper body.

I’m not sure he’s very strong, he does bodybuilding exercises and consumes protein (I saw a huge box in his locker).

He must be around 40/45 years old, so he’s not retired. I don’t know what he does for a living, given the amount of time he spends at the gym every day. He must work online, it’s fashionable.
I suppose he’s quite handsome, with long brown hair, always tied back in a small bun.
He always wears minimalist outfits designed to show off his beautiful muscles.
He always wears a huge gold bracelet and a large gold signet ring.

He is tattooed from head to toe, including part of his face.

His two main activities at the gym, where he spends all his afternoons, are :
– giving advice to other users
– rushing over to chat with any new female members who seem to be on their own.
