Not so easy to sell my apartment. Yet it is a superb place on the Saint Cyprien golf course. And from the first visits, in March, the apartment seemed to be sold. But this was without counting on the reversals of buyers under various pretexts (finally too small, fear of flood risks, not getting the loan, etc...)

Finally, the apartment is sold at the fifth proposal at the price, signature in 5 days, and 3 months of lost... whatever... This will have allowed me to refine my project. But with a final signature on August 3, I didn’t go ahead to leave in September.
